At Terrenoir, your satisfaction is essential. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To begin a return, email us at contactus@terrenoir.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and issue your refund within 3–5 business days if eligible.
We do not accept returns on clearance items, worn merchandise, or items returned outside the 14-day window.
